Founder of the Feminine Boss Academy, the Mrs. Globe® telecast, and The WIN Foundation®, a 501 (c) 3 non-profit that specializes in abuse trauma recovery, Dr. Tracy has spent more than three decades guiding women from rock bottom to reinvention — and ultimately to what she calls “The Reign,” a place where survival ends, and where sovereignty as the author of one's identity, power, and presence begins.
