Each winner I work with in the Mrs. Globe family brings her own culture, mindset, and philosophy — and together they have shaped me as a Feminine Boss leader far more than any classroom ever could.

This platform is my never-ending academy. Every year I learn new traditions, ways of life, and perspectives directly from the women who wear the crown. I feel genuine gratitude for being trusted with this role and for the chance to share a year, side by side, with such powerful minds and hearts.
