Eligibility Criteria

• Must be a registered Feminine Boss Premium member.

• Must be over the age of 18. 

• Must have a history of a leadership position working with women.

• Must have your own business or professional position.

• Must commit to an initial 3 year license.

​Commitment to Mission

• Must align with the Feminine Boss organization’s mission, values and teachings as outlined in the Feminine Boss Leadership contract. 
   

Leadership and Organizational Development

• Must attend the monthly Feminine Boss leadership trainings.

• Must actively participate in all international Feminine Boss Leadership events and activities.

• Must actively build your local Feminine Boss Society. 

• Must arrange one local Feminine Boss Society meeting a month within your local community (aka, our Tribe) 

• Must agree to the membership commission fees as outlined on the Leadership contract.

• Must commit to developing your local Feminine Boss Society. 

• Must execute one annual fundraising, empowerment and business development conference a year under your licensed region. 

• Must develop a Local Leaders Team for decision making and promotion of the chapter. 

• Execute all local communications as outlined in the Feminine Boss Leadership agreement.

Diversity and Inclusion

• Promote diversity within the leadership and membership as well as support specialty groups activities. 
   

Financial Responsibility

• Must pay the annual Leadership Fee as agreed upon in the Feminine Boss Leadership contract. 

• Must agree to the payables agreement as established in the Feminine Boss Leadership contract. 
   

Collaboration with Other Chapters

•  Must foster relationships with other chapters for shared events and initiatives.
